What Etouch is, who the platform is for, and how it saves you time.
Etouch is the platform that connects photo/video studios, clients and retouchers around a single project. Every step — sending the photos, selection, retouching, validation and delivery — happens in one place, with no files exchanged by email and no endless back-and-forth.
Who is Etouch for?
Depending on your role, you only use part of the platform. Here's the essential:
- You're a client (brand, e-commerce, agency): you receive the photos from your shoot, you choose the ones to retouch, you leave comments, then you validate the final result before downloading it.
- You're a retoucher: you review the retouching guidelines, you upload your retouched versions, and you handle the corrections that are requested.
- You're a studio / administrator: you create the projects, import the media, set the prices, assign the retouchers and steer progress all the way to delivery and invoicing.
In the app you'll only see the features that match your role. If a screen described in this help center doesn't appear for you, that's normal: it's reserved for another role.

- Clear conversations: every comment is attached to a specific photo, sometimes even to a specific spot on the image.

- The guide for your role (Client, Retoucher or Studio) — the concrete actions you'll perform day to day.
